BASEBALL: Yakima National Little League is taking registration at Elks Memorial Park on Monday and Tuesday and the cost is $40. The season is from July 21 through Aug. 21 with all games Monday through Thursday. The league is for boys and girls ages 8 to 12 from throughout Yakima County. GYMNASTICS: The Gymnastics Plus Booster Club will be conducting two day camps for girls and boys ages 5 and up. The camps are July 18 and Aug. 15, from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. both days at Gymnatics Plus (2121 W. Lincoln Ave.). Cost is $40 per camp, which includes a shirt and camp photo. SOFTBALL: Registration has started for Central Washington University's softball camps. There are three separate sessions -- July 27-30 (registration deadline of July 13), Aug. 3-6 (deadline July 20), and Aug. 10-13 (deadline July 26). Early registration is $345, which includes room and board, or $195 for commuters. Those fees rise $20 after the respective deadlines.
