<p>PROSSER -- Residents of this city are invited to meet their new city administrator Friday. </p><p>The Prosser Chamber of Commerce will host an open house reception at the Princess Theatre for Charlie Bush, the city's new administrator, and his wife, Jessica. </p><p>Bush started at the city last week and attended his first City Council meeting Tuesday.
