Reserved seats for this year's main stage and grandstand entertainment at the Central Washington State Fair go on sale early next week. The fair runs Sept. 26-Oct. 5 at State Fair Park.
Set to play the main Budweiser Stage are Foreigner, Sept. 27; Manhattan Transfer, Sept. 28; Blackhawk, Sept. 30; Family Force 5, Oct. 1; Neal McCoy, Oct. 3; Raven-Symoné, Oct. 4; and a to-be-announced Spanish-language act on Oct. 5. The popular hip-hop dance contest and battle of the bands is scheduled for Sept. 29. And fair organizers are still trying to fill at least one more night with entertainment.
The annual lineup of motorsports and rodeos will return to the grandstand with the American Sprint Car Northwest Regional Finals on Sept. 26-27; a Hispanic rodeo Sept. 28; and the Pro West Finals Rodeo on Oct. 3-4. The fair closes with a demolition derby Oct. 5.
All the events and entertainment are free with paid admission to the fair. However, fairgoers can purchase tickets for reserved seating at most main stage and grandstand events.
Reserved seats are $25 for Foreigner and Raven-Symoné; $20 for Neal McCoy; $15 for Manhattan Transfer and the Sprint Cars; and $10 for Blackhawk, Family Force 5 and the Pro West Rodeo Finals.
Reserved seat tickets -- which do not include the fair admission price -- go on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday through TicketsWest, 800-325-7328, or from the State Fair ticket office, 248-7160.
Daily general admission to the fair is $11 for ages 13-64, $9 for seniors and $7 for ages 6-12. Children 5 and younger are free.
