The films for this year's Outdoor Summer Cinema Series have been announced.
From Atreyu's quest to save Fantasia to the days when cute animated dinosaurs roamed the planet to a time-traveling De Lorean, the family-friendly films will be shown on Fridays in Randall Park and on Sundays in Gilbert Park from July 20 through Aug. 17. The showings, presented by Allied Arts of Yakima Valley, begin about 8:30 p.m.

* July 20, Gilbert Park: "Back to the Future."
* July 25, Randall Park: "Bee Movie."
* July 27, Gilbert Park: "The Neverending Story."
* Aug. 1, Randall Park: "The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep."
* Aug. 3, Gilbert Park: "Shark Tale."
* Aug. 8, Randall Park: "Hoosiers."
* Aug. 10, Gilbert Park: "The Land Before Time."
* Aug. 15, Randall Park: "Apollo 13."
* Aug. 17, Gilbert Park: "Shrek the Third."
The midsummer movies are shown on a 16- by 20-foot inflatable screen with a theater-quality sound system. Audience members are encouraged to bring blankets or low-back chairs. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
