PROSSER -- Residents of this city are invited to meet their new city administrator Friday.

The Prosser Chamber of Commerce will host an open house reception at the Princess Theatre for Charlie Bush, the city's new administrator, and his wife, Jessica.

Bush started at the city last week and attended his first City Council meeting Tuesday. The couple moved from Bellevue, Wash.
