Robyn Folkerts and Jake McDonald were married Sept. 8, 2007, at Selah Covenant Church. A reception followed at the Selah Civic Center.
The bride is the daughter of Julie Sherman of Selah and James Folkerts of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Kathy Ferri of Yakima and Craig McDonald of Desert Aire, Wash.
Katie Clyde was maid of honor and Josh McDonald was best man. Other members of the wedding party included 14 bridesmaids and groomsmen, including family and friends.
The bride graduated from Selah High School and Yakima Valley Community College's Nursing Program. She is a registered nurse working in pediatrics and long-term care. The bridegroom graduated from Zillah High School and Perry Technical Institute. He is an on-site technician for Sears.
Following a trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Selah.
Smith-Wick
Stacy Joelle Wick and Keith Bradford Smith were married Oct. 12, 2007, at the Seattle Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A reception followed at the Selah LDS Stake Center.
The bride is the daughter of Jay and Margaret Wick of Selah. The bridegroom is the son of Brad and Irene Smith of Yakima.
The bride graduated from Richfield High School in Utah. She is employed at Central Utah Orthopedic Center. The bridegroom graduated from Eisenhower High School. He served a Morman mission to Greece. He is attending Brigham Young University and is employed at Staples.
The couple is at home in Orem, Utah.
Meyer-Dickson
Sarah Dickson and David Meyer were married March 29 at Powerhouse Event Center in Boise, Idaho. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Karla Dickson of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Roger and Debbie Meyer of Yakima.
Lisa Ableidinger was maid of honor and Joe Simons was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Katie Davidson, Stephanie Solarek, Scott Dickson, Andrew Hyink, Chris Thorn and John Andrews.
The bride graduated from Concordia University. She is employed with Idaho Mutual Trust. The bridegroom graduated from Central Washington University. He is employed with Idaho Power.
Following a trip to South Padre Island, Texas, the couple is at home in Boise.
Morgan-Pulliam
Sara Celeste Pulliam and Marcus Scott Morgan were married Jan. 26 at St. Peter's Landmark in The Dalles, Ore.
The bride is the daughter of Greg and Janice Pulliam of Yakima and Melinda Kile of Boise, Idaho. The bridegroom is the son of Bob and Deb Morgan of The Dalles, Ore.
Ashley LeRoy was maid of honor and Sean Mason was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Cody Morgan, Melody Norton, Erin Easter, Cynthia Rinker, Brooke Davis, Vincent Morgan, Nick Morgan, Lance Morgan, Matt Bartell and Joaquin Ceja.
The bride earned a bachelor of arts degree in business and psychology from Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn., and a master's of education degree specializing in counseling from Heritage University. She is vocational rehabilitation counselor. The bridegroom earned an associate arts degree in agricultural business from Treasure Valley Community College in Idaho and is a graduate of Western College of Auctioneering. The couple also work at auctions throughout the Northwest with Marcus' business, Morgan Auctioneer's.
Following a trip the West Caribbean, the couple is at home in The Dalles, Ore.
