YAKIMA -- A local training center and the county's Hispanic Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to hold a small class on credit and business decisions for Spanish-speaking community members who want to learn how to better manage their finances.
The Business Resources and Training Center of Rural Community Development Resources is hosting the financial literacy class at its Incubator building at 22 S. Third Avenue in Yakima on Monday. The class is from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The class is limited to 15 participants, and everyone who attends will be eligible for a $100 incentive to open a bank account with participating banks.
