YAKIMA, Wash. -- Free produce and perishables will be distributed to people in need from noon to 2 p.m. today at Grace Lutheran Church. No appointment, documentation or proof of income is required.

A truck provided by Second Harvest Inland Northwest will bring 10,000 pounds of food, and a farmers market setup will be used to distribute the produce. Attendees are asked to bring a box or two to hold their food.

The church is at 1207 S. Seventh Ave. in Yakima. For more information, call 509-594-0715.
