Catholic 'Inquiry' presentation set
Interested in learning more about Catholicism?
An introduction to the Catholic faith will be held Jan. 16 at Yakima's St. Paul Cathedral School, next door to the church.
"Inquiry" runs from 7-9 p.m. on the third floor of the parish school, 214 W. Chestnut Ave. Participants are asked to use the school's east door.
Refreshments will be served. There will be a presentation and time for questions.

Debt-free living course offered to all
Connections Church is offering Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace Course from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. Thursdays beginning Jan. 12.
The classes teach principles of debt-free living and are open to everyone. A fee of $93 per family includes all materials, plus a lifetime membership to Financial Peace University.

Monthly Taize prayer service set
St. Michael's Episcopal Church will offer its monthly Taize prayer service at 7 p.m. Sunday.
There will be a rehearsal at 6 p.m. Musicians are encouraged to bring instruments and accompany the meditative singing.

Bahai hosting 'Search for Truth' talk
The Bahai community will host an informal talk by Doug Rogers on "Science, Religion and the Search for Truth" at 7 p.m. Friday. The meeting will begin with devotions, music and a short presentation followed by a question-and-answer period and refreshments.
