Tuesday: German sausage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, apple, muffin gravy.
Wednesday: Chicken barbecue, Chantilly potatoes, corn, peaches, cookie.
Thursday: Chicken stir-fry, stir-fry vegetables, cabbage salad, rice, fruit cocktail, brownie.
Friday: Beef stroganoff, peas, tossed green salad with tomatoes, muffin, dressing.
Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.
Today: Torta, ground beef, cheese, refried beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, frosted cake, salsa.
