YAKIMA, Wash. -- Barge-Lincoln, Garfield, Martin Luther King, Jr. and Roosevelt elementary schools are holding special assemblies this week to focus on drug and alcohol awareness and prevention.
LaMar Hudson, the special guest speaker for all four assemblies, will talk about "Drug Free for Life" and "Don’t Be a Knuckle Head, Don’t Be a Bully."

Here’s his Yakima schedule:
• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Martin Luther King, Jr.
• 10 a.m. Wednesday, Garfield
• 2 p.m. Wednesday, Barge-Lincoln
• 11 a.m. Thursday, Roosevelt
