Today: Chicken caeser salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, fruit cocktail, dinner pudding, dressing.
Tuesday: Veal New Orleans, mashed potatoes, stewed cabbage, peaches, gravy.
Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, potato salad, baked beans, banana, dinner, muffin.
Thursday: Tuna noodle casserole, peas, tossed green salad with tomatoes, pears, frosted cake, dressing.
Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, mixed vegetables, carrot raisin salad, peaches, cookie.
Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.
Today: Hamburger beef soup, tossed green salad with tomatoes, fruit cocktail, pudding, dressing.
Tuesday: Beef chorizo burrito, refried beans, stewed cabbage, peaches, Spanish rice, brownie, salsa.
Thursday: Pork with green sauce, peas, tossed green salad with tomatoes, pears, Spanish rice, frosted cake, dressing.
Friday: Chicken with red sauce, carrots, peas, peaches, cookie.
