(Call 574-2200 the day before by 3:30 p.m. to register for lunch.)

Today: Chicken Caesar salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, fruit cocktail, pudding, dressing.

Tuesday: Veal New Orleans, mashed potatoes, stewed cabbage, peaches, brownie, gravy.

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, potato salad, baked beans, banana, dinner roll, muffin.

Thursday: Tuna noodle casserole, peas, tossed green salad with tomatoes, pears, frosted cake, dressing.

Friday: Turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, mandarin oranges, cookie, gravy.

 

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Today: Beef with zucchini, corn, fruit cocktail, Spanish rice, pudding.

Tuesday: Pork with potatoes, stewed cabbage, peaches, brownie.

Thursday: Chicken fajita, bell peppers and onions, refried beans, pears, frosted cake, salsa.

Friday: Beef patty with Spanish barbecue sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes, mandarin oranges, Spanish rice, cookie.

 

Se puede conseguir auténtica comida mexicana en todos los locales.

Hoy: Carne con calbase, maiz, coctel de fruta, arroz, pudin.

Martes: Puerco con papas, repollo, duraznos, pastel.

Jueves: Fajita de pollo, chili dulce y cebolla, frijoles refritos, peras, pastel, salsa.

Viernes: Porciones de carne con salsa de barbacoa, ejotes, papas molida, naranja de mandarin, arroz, galleta.

Tuesday: Vegetable beef soup, grilled ham and cheese, potato wedges, cake.

Wednesday: Green salad, pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, cake.

Thursday: Macaroni salad, Sloppy Joes, potato chips, Jell-O parfait.

Friday: Ambrosia salad, chicken and rice, carrots, rolls, dessert.
