YAKIMA -- Yakima Valley Hearing & Speech Center is hosting a book drive as part of 2010 United Way Day of Caring.
The center is collecting new and lightly used children's books for children receiving its hearing and speech services.
Books will be accepted starting Thursday through Nov. 1. Donors are asked to drop off books at the following locations:
* Yakima Valley Hearing & Speech Center, 303 S. 12th Ave.
* Yakima Athletic Club, 2501 Racquet Lane
* Inklings Bookshop, 5629 Summitview Ave.
* Garden Dance, 10 N. Front St.
* The Center for Functional Fitness, 2006 W. Lincoln Ave.
* Tri-Ply Construction, LLC, 106 W. Pine St.
* Bruce Willis, DDS, 1107 Summitview Ave.
* McAdams Wright Ragen, 127 W. Yakima Ave., Suite 201
* Almon Commercial Real Estate, 218 East A St.
* United Way of Central Washington, 116 S. Fourth St.
