Business Resources & Training Center and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host business seminar for new and established businesses on Thursday.

The seminar will focus on how to apply for loans and prepare a business plan. The first seminar will be in English at 4:30 p.m., and a Spanish-language seminar will follow at 6 p.m. at 22 S. Third Ave. To register call 509-453-5133.
