SEATTLE -- An 82-year-old man injured in a motor home crash on Interstate 90 Sunday has died.

Ross Mayfield of McCall, Idaho, died at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on Tuesday evening.

Mayfield was driving a 2005 Ford Superduty motor home about 30 miles west of Cle Elum on I-90, traveling east in the right lane, when the vehicle left the road, according to a Washington State Patrol news release.

The motor home crossed adjacent Yellowstone Road and struck an embankment.

A passenger, Etta Mayfield of McCall, Idaho, was also taken to Harborview after the accident and was listed in satisfactory condition this morning.

Both were wearing seat belts, according to the State Patrol.
