GRANDVIEW -- After 30 years, Jack Maxwell is saying goodbye.

The longtime Grandview city attorney is retiring and city officials will bid him adieu with an open house Tuesday.

It will run from 2-4 p.m. at City Hall, 207 W. Second St. The public is invited.
