From left, Jesse Guerrero, 8, Francisco Sanches, 8, and Valleli Magallon, 9, crash into each other while playing in the “belly bumpers” area during Family Health and Fitness Night at Chief Kamiakin Elementary School in Sunnyside on Thursday. Officials at the event expected more than 1,500 people to attend and engage in activities, watch demonstrations and visit informational booths designed to help develop positive personal health and fitness habits. The Health and Fitness Night is held every other year and was led this year by Deana Dalton and Brad Fahlenkamp of Chief Kamiakin, and Mark Moore and Brandon Root of Outlook.
