The discussions will be at Guerra's Coffee, First Street and Interstate 82 in Sunnyside. For information, call 509-836-3363 or visit: www.urcofsunnyside.com/LOST.

Help with substance abuse

Mount Olive Lutheran Church will offer a 12-step recovery worship service at 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday, April 4.

Drugs and alcohol, not only by a parent of the family, but especially among young teens, have devastated many families. Addictions to various forms of prescription drugs and the use of marijuana, which is about six times more potent than it was even 10 years ago, has been a growing problem among teens in West Valley.

The 12-step relational worship service seeks to create a nonjudgmental experience with God that will draw both Christians and non-Christians together into a community of support.
