Yakima Valley Community College is hosting several information nights about the Running Start program for high school sophomores, juniors and their parents. Through the program, eligible high school juniors and seniors may enroll in college classes at YVCC's Grandview and Yakima campuses and receive both high school and college credit.
The upcoming information nights are as follows:
* Monday -- 7 p.m., music room at Selah High School
* Thursday -- 7 p.m., Parker Room at the Deccio Higher Education Center, 1000 S. 12th Ave., Yakima Valley Community College
* March 25 -- 7 p.m., Kiva Room at Davis High School
