Today: Pork cutlet, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, pineapple, cookie.
Tuesday: Chicken barbecue, baked beans, dinner roll, potato salad, banana, pudding.
Wednesday: Grilled chicken, romaine salad with parmesan cheese, dinner roll, pears, muffin.
Thursday: Ground beef sirloin patty, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, apple, cookie.
Friday: Clam chowder, half tuna sandwich, tomato juice, apricot, frosted cake.
Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.
Today: Chicken with hominy, cabbage with lemon, pineapple, cookie.
Tuesday: Menudo, cabbage, lemon, onion, refried beans, banana, pudding.
Thursday: Mexican beef stew, tossed green salad with tomatoes, apple, cookie.
