ELLENSBURG, Wash. — A 46-year-old Spokane man suffered head and back injuries when his SUV rolled this morning on icy Interstate 90.
The Washington State Patrol said Thomas A. Polsin was eastbound about 12 miles east of Ellensburg when his 1996 Ford Explorer left the roadway to the left, rolled once and landed on its wheels. The accident occurred at 7:15 a.m.
