The two played in the championship game of the 20th annual Snowball softball tournament, played with 16-inch balls at Kiwanis Park on Sunday, January 17, 2009. Mason plays for the Galaxy Rangers, based in Albany, OR, while Grant plays for Doc's Bar and Grill, based in Kent, WA. Doc's Bar and Grill won the game 7-3, taking home the title for the 5th straight year.
