ELLENSBURG -- A quick report early Monday from a nearby resident foiled the burglary of an Ellensburg tavern's storage building, police say.
Officers arrived about 1 a.m. to find two suspects inside the First and Last Chance Tavern building in the 1200 block of East University Way, according to a news release from the Ellensburg Police Department.
Both men, Ellensburg residents ages 20 and 42, agreed to surrender. One of the men was found with property taken from the business, authorities said.
They were jailed on suspicion of burglary and related charges.
