YAKIMA, Wash. -- A 35-year-old Zillah woman is scheduled to stand trial Jan. 11 for vehicular homicide in connection with a car accident in which a Harrah man died.
Sarah Jessica White remains in custody with bail set at $100,000. She was arraigned on the charge this morning Yakima County Superior Court.
She is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign on Evans Road. Her car collided with a southbound sedan driven by Theron Feil, 75, of Harrah.
Feil died at the scene of the Nov. 14 accident.
