SNOQUALMIE PASS, WASH. -- Traffic on Interstate 90 on Snoqualmie Pass was stopped at 3:30 p.m. today so road crews can conduct avalanche control.
Eastbound traffic will be stopped at Gold Creek, about four mile east of the summit. Westbound traffic will be stopped at Price Creek, about nine miles west of Easton.
There is no estimate when the work will be completed.
White Pass is also scheduled to be shut down at 7 p.m. today.
