Photos: Costumed canines strut stuff at Halloween contest

The pug mixes are owned by the Dee and Alice Arnold family of Moxee. Tater, dressed as a pumpkin, won first place in the 20-25-pound class. Dog food was awarded to the top three finishers in the various weight classes. About 20 dogs and one goat took part in the contest.
