HARRAH, Wash. -- A 17-year-old White Swan youth was killed Monday afternoon in a one-car rollover accident eight miles west of Harrah.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Benjamin P. Wong was driving north on Shaker Church Road at a high rate of speed. He lost control of his 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, and the car rolled numerous times, ejecting Wong, who died at the scene, WSP said. The crash occurred at 3:15 p.m. at 632 N. Shaker Church Road, near the intersection with Fort Road.
Wong was not wearing a seat belt, according to WSP.
