YAKIMA, Wash. -- Authorities said the Bothell woman who drove her car into some Terrace Heights condos in June will be charged with reckless driving and reckless endangerment.

Charges against 31-year-old Nhan Thi Phan are coming after a review of the June 23 crash by Yakima County Sheriff’s deputies, authorities said Tuesday.

Investigators say Phan caused the crash by driving her 2002 Mitsubishi Galant too fast, blasting through a stop sign at an intersection and into a condominium building in the 200 block of North 41st Street.

Fire officials at the scene had said damage was at least $250,000.

The case has been forwarded to the Yakima County Prosecutor’s Office.
