Airporter Shuttle adds 2 p.m. departure from Yakima

YAKIMA -- The Airporter Shuttle has expanded service for its round-trip bus shuttle between Yakima and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

The shuttle bus service now offers a 2 p.m. departure out of Yakima Air Terminal. It is also offering an 8 p.m. pick-up at the Seattle airport heading to Yakima. Previously, travelers arriving at the Seattle airport in the evening hours had to wait until 11 p.m. for eastbound service.

In addition, the first depature out of Yakima will now depart at 5 a.m. instead of 6 a.m. All stops along the way depart an hour earlier than before. The shuttle make stops in Ellensburg, Cle Elum and the Factory Stores at North Bend, a new stop for the service.

Advanced reservations are required for certain stops and times. A complete schedule is available at its Web site, www.airporter.com. Reservations can also be made online or by calling 866-235-5247.
