GRANDVIEW, Wash. — Grandview Police hope to release additional information Monday concerning the death of a 2-year-old boy on Friday.
The boy, whose name has not been released, was declared dead after he was taken to Sunnyside Community Hospital on Friday evening.
According to a Grandview police news release, police and medical crews responded to a home in the 200 block of Pleasant Avenue shortly after 5:30 p.m. The boy was unresponsive, and the officers and medical personnel administered CPR.
The boy was taken by ambulance to the hospital, and an investigation into the circumstances of his death is ongoing.
