Special programs
* Vanessa Archer of Yakima has been selected to participate in DO-IT Scholars as a 2009 "Phase I" student. Shelby Vanderpol and Shyla Smith, also of Yakima, have been selected to participate in DO-IT Scholars as "Phase II" students. More than 50 college-bound high school students with disabilities will come together on the University of Washington campus to participate in the annual DO-IT (Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology) Scholars Summer Study program.
