OLDER AMERICAN
NUTRITION PROGRAM

(Call 574-2200 the day before by 4 p.m. to register.)

Monday: Baked chicken, Chantilly potatoes, succotash, mixed fruit, cookie.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese, green beans, coleslaw, pineapple, muffin.

Wednesday: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, fruit salad, cookie.

Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, orange, brownie.

Friday: Clam chowder, half a tuna sandwich, tomato juice, Under the Sea gelatin salad, frosted cake.

 

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Monday: Mexican beef stew, succotash, mixed fruit, cookie.

Tuesday: Chicken with hominy, cabbage with lemon, pineapple, muffin.

Thursday: Beef with noodles, peas, coleslaw, orange, brownie.

Friday: Tostadas, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans, Under the Sea gelatin salad, frosted cake.

Se puede conseguir auténtica comida mexicana en todos los locales.

Lunes: Caldo de rez, maiz con frijoles, mixtos frutas, galleta.

Martes: Posole de pollo, repollo con limon, pina, pastel.

Jueves: Coditas con carne chicharo, ensalada de col, naranja, pastel.

Viernes: Tostadas, queso, lechuga, tomate, frijoles refritos, ensalada de gelatina, pastel.

Monday: Green salad, sloppy joes, tater tots, cake.

Tuesday: Potato soup, chicken salad sandwiches, chips, dessert.

Wednesday: Green salad, pork roast, mixed vegetables, baked potato, pineapple upside down cake.

Thursday: Pea salad, chicken pot pie, cake.

Friday: Fruit salad, bacon cheeseburger, potato salad, cake.
