OLDER AMERICAN
NUTRITION PROGRAM

(Call 574-2200 the day before by 4 p.m. to register for lunch.)

Monday: Chicken Caesar salad, tomatoes, peaches, rolls, pistachio pudding.

Tuesday: Beef stew, tossed green salad, grapes, cookie.

Wednesday: Chicken tetrazzini, carrots, three bean salad, apple, brownie.

Thursday: Salisbury steak, Chantilly potatoes, green beans, mandarin oranges, muffin.

Friday: Chicken noodle soup, half bologna sandwich, lettuce, tomatoes, pears, frosted cake.

 

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Monday: Beef with potatoes, green beans, peaches, pudding.

Tuesday: Chicken tacos, lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans, grapes, cookie.

Thursday: Meatball soup, Chantilly potatoes, mandarin oranges, muffin.

Friday: Beef enchilada casserole, mixed vegetables, tossed green salad, pears, frosted cake.

Se puede conseguir auténtica comida mexicana en todos los locales.

Lunes: Carne con papas, ejotes, duraznos, pudin.

Martes: Taco de pollo, queso, lechuga, tomate, uvas, galleta.

Jueves: Albondigas, papas de Chantilly, naranja de mandarin, pastel.

Viernes: Cacerola de enchilada, mixtos vegetales, ensalada de lechuga y tomate, peras, pastel.

 

SALVATION ARMY

Monday: Peaches, chicken a la king, roll, dessert.

Tuesday: Tomato soup, grilled ham and cheese, chips, cake.

Wednesday: Green salad, barbecue chicken, peas, baked potato, peach cobbler.

Thursday: Pears, lasagna, cheesy garlic bread, cake.

Friday: Fruit salad, barbecue ribs, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, brownie sundae.
