ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- Road construction crews will continue working on Interstate 90 near here and Easton through Wednesday.
The road preservation work will lead to a variety of lane closures and width restrictions.
There will be two restrictions between the West Ellensburg Interchange and the Yakima River Bridge in Ellensburg:
• Both directions of travel will be limited to one lane during daylight hours Monday through Wednesday.
• Width will be limited to 10 feet in both directions 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
For the eastbound lanes between Cabin Creek and Keechelus Dam, the following restrictions will apply:
• Traffic will be limited to one lane overnight starting at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday nights at the Cabin Creek interchange. The restrictions will lift at 7 a.m. each morning.
• Starting Tuesday, crews will detour one lane of traffic over the Cabin Creek interchange ramps.
• All week, crews will intermittently close the roadway shoulders.
