BUENA, Wash. -- Six people were treated for unknown injuries after a house fire Monday afternoon in the 800 block of Buena Road, officials said.
They were being treated at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, acccording to a news release from Yakima County Fire District 5.
Everyone was out of the house when the first crews arrived shortly after the fire was reported at 4:20 p.m. A dog was rescued, firefighters said.
The fire was burning so intensely that the house could not be saved. A damage estimate was not provided.
The Yakima County fire marshal's office was investigating.
