Austin-Arnett

Jennifer Arnett and Rich Austin were married May 2 in Las Vegas.

The bride is the daughter of Malcom and Maurine Arnett of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Jessie Austin of Moxee and the late Johnny Austin.

Nicole Trammell Woolpert was maid of honor and Paul Woolpert was best man. Another member of the wedding party was Allison Arnett.

The bride is a recruitment coordinator at Perry Technical Institute. The bridegroom is director of sports for Yakima Valley Sports Commission.

The couple is at home in Yakima.

 

Wilson-Bill

Bessie Janine Bill and Maurice "Pete" Daniel Wilson were married April 4 at Nez Perce National Historic Park. A reception followed at the Clearwater River Casino Event Center in Lewiston, Idaho.

The bride is the daughter of Lucinda Talpocken Bill of Wapato and the late Johnny Bill Jr. The bridegroom is the son of the late Maynard Simon Wilson and Lucy Redheart Wilson.

Jenece Howe was matron of honor, and Toosh Powaukee was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Nettie Longee, Bridgette Greene, Bob Sobotta Jr., Larry Greene Jr., Solo Greene, Cheyenne Speedis, Shelby Harris, Shaleah Harris, Serrilah James-Teeias and Jeff Guillory.

The bride earned her bachelor's degree in sociology from Central Washington University. She is a social worker with Yakama Nation Nak Nu We Sha. The bridegroom graduated from Lapwai High School in Lapwai, Idaho. He is a dispatcher and driver for Nez Perce Appaloosa Express.

The couple will make their home in Lapwai, Idaho, in August.

 

Petersen-Smith

Holli Louise Smith and Jared Gavin Petersen were married May 5 at La Bella Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Karolyn Smith of Toppenish. The bridegroom is the son of Matt and Joy Petersen of Yakima.

The bride is a registered nurse at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center. The bridegroom is an accountant with Martin, Holland Petersen.

The couple is at home in Yakima.

 

Frank-Eccleston

Amanda Lee Eccleston and Bryan Douglas Frank were married April 18 at the Moxee Square Dance Hall. A reception followed.

The bride is the daughter of Kim Eccleston of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Ron and Jody Frank of Yakima.

Mellissa Root was matron of honor and Kevin Root was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Damon Ewing, Trisha Ewing, Keri Roehl, Brett Larson, Michele McClung and Ryan Root.

The bride graduated from Davis High School and is employed at Kim Eccleston's Motors. The bridegroom-to-be graduated from West Valley High School and Washington State University. He is employed at Frank's Tire Factory.

Following a trip to the Mexican Riviera, Oahu, Hawaii, and Las Vegas, the couple is at home in Yakima.

 

Dwarshuis-Becker

Ruth A. Becker and Aaron K. Dwarshuis were married March 26 at Las Vegas. A reception was held May 16 at the bridegroom's parents' home.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Patti Becker of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Bryan and Bonnie Dwarshuis of Yakima.

The bride graduated from Selah High School and is employed at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. The bridegroom graduated from Eisenhower High School and Yakima Valley Community College. He is employed at Alarm Ace.

Following a trip to Las Vegas, the couple is at home in Yakima.
