Webster-Shuel
Jennifer Darlene Shuel and Chase Dean Webster were married Nov. 28, 2008, at Central Lutheran Church. A reception followed at the Yakima Convention Center.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Jan Shuel of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Kim and Mary Webster of Selah.
Hailey Brule was maid of honor and Tom Stokes was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Brandie Brown, Tara Burton, Kimmi Comb, Matt Shuel, Kennedy Cobb, Russ Warner, Brad Shuel, Bryce Burton, Kailey Moen, Katelynn Moen, Morgan Burton, Briston Brown, Bailey Brown, Stephanie Shuel, Emily Fairbanks, Connor Moen and Colton Moen.
The bride graduated from Riverside Christian School, Seattle University and Central Washington University. She is a sixth-grade teacher. The bridegroom graduated from Selah High School and is a sign specialist with the city of Yakima.
Following a trip to Kona, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Yakima.
Duvic-Zahn
Christine Ann Zahn and Phillip Duvic were married April 4 at Audubon Park in New Orleans. A reception followed at the bridegroom's sister's home in New Orleans.
The bride is the daughter of Kenn and Jean Zahn of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Vic and Peggy Duvic of Madison, Miss.
Members of the wedding party included Rachel Zahn and the couple's dogs, Bomber and Stella.
The bride graduated from East Valley High School and the University of Washington. The bridegroom graduated from Murrah High School in Jackson, Miss. The couple is employed with Home Renovations and Hood River Winery Tours.
Following a trip to New Orleans, the couple is at home in The Dalles, Ore., and New Orleans.
