YAKIMA -- Authorities are urging Lower Valley motorists to use caution this morning because of dense fog and icy roads.
Emergency personnel are at two Lower Valley accidents, one near Buena and the other near Sunnyside, both on the Yakima Valley Highway. Several cars have slid off roadways elsewhere in the Lower Valley.
