It's a GOP two-for-one deal.
U.S. Rep. Doc Hastings, R-Pasco, will join Republican gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi at a campaign stop today in Ellensburg. The pair will stop at the Kittitas County Republican Party headquarters at 408 Main St. in Ellensburg from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
They'll also hit Kennewick, Othello and Quincy earlier in the day, and they have another joint Central Washington campaign swing planned for later this month.
Hastings is running for re-election against attorney George Fearing, a Yakima Democrat. Rossi is running against Democratic Gov. Chris Gregoire in a rematch of their hotly contested 2004 showdown.
