Prosser's Airfield Estates Winery is hosting its second annual Vineyard Run and Grape Stomp on Saturday.
The 5K vineyard fun run (or walk) begins and ends at 2561 Harrison Road in Sunnyside. Check-in is at 10 a.m., and the race starts at 10:30 a.m.
If that sounds a little too strenuous for a Saturday, later that day Airfield will let you try your foot at stomping about 10,000 pounds of grapes from 2 to 5 p.m.
There will also be live polka music, wine tasting, winemaking 101 sessions with winemaker Marcus Miller, and food samples.
There is a fee to participate in the run and grape stomp, and preregistration is encouraged. For more information or to register, call 786-7401 or sign up at the winery, 560 Merlot Drive in Prosser. You can also register online at www.airfieldwines.com.
