Navy Seaman Recruit Michael S. Shelton, son of Patricia Rademacher of Portland, and Floyd Shelton of Goldendale, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Great Lakes, Ill.
Shelton is a 2007 graduate of Centennial High School in Portland.
