New skatepark opens in Selah

Selah's new skatepark opened Sunday with a kick-off celebration that included a skateboarding competition, free food, and a raffle. The park, near the tennis courts on South Wenas Road and Wood Field baseball park, was built by the Selah Skate Park Association and the city of Selah.
