Firefighters from Yakima Country Fire District 5 put out a vehicle fire after extinguishing a mobile home fire on McKinley Road near Toppenish on Monday. Firefighters from Zillah, Toppenish, Wapato and Harrah responded to the blaze, which started about 2:28 p.m. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
