Ronald D. Herron

Ronald Duane Herron, 75, of Yakima died Tuesday at Cedar Hills. Mr. Herron was born in Sheridan, Ore., and served in the Navy during the Korean War. He worked in construction as a foreman and finish carpenter.

Survivors include five children, David Herron and Cathi Stai of Selah, Mary Leta Grundy of Union Gap, Marcy Turner of Yakima and Timothy Herron of Moxee; his companion, Verna Herzog; two brothers, Dean Herron of Sheridan and Gary Herron of Spokane; and a stepson, Leo LaMay of Spokane;
12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside inurnment will be at 10:30 a.m. July 10 in West Hills Memorial Park, followed by fellowship at the American Legion Hall. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home.


Wayne C. James

Wayne C. James, 65, of Toppenish died Thursday. Mr. James was born in McKinley, west of Toppenish.

He worked for 15 years at Wapato Irrigation as a hydrologist.

Survivors include his wife, Sonja James of Granger; two daughters, Alice James of Granger and Louella James of Toppenish; a son, Mathew George of White Swan; a brother, Daniel James of Wapato; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Dressing services will be at 11 a.m. today at Colonial Funeral Home. Overnight services will be at the Toppenish Creek Longhouse in White Swan. The funeral will be at sunrise Saturday, with interment in the Hadley Cemetery.


Eriberto Lopez

Eriberto Lopez, 19, of Yakima died Sunday. Mr. Lopez was born in Los Angeles and moved to Yakima, where he was raised and educated. He worked as a stacker for Zirkle Fruit Warehouses.

Survivors include his father; Virgillio Lopez; his mother, Asuncion Lopez, both of Yakima; a daughter, Adilene Lopez-Trujillo of Yakima; two brothers, Emanuel Lopez and Sebastian Lopez of Yakima; and a sister, Erika Lopez of Seattle; and his grandparents, Heraclio Lopez and Maria del Carmen of Yakima, and Sabino Herrera and Carmen Sanchez of Mexico.

Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Monday, with a vigil beginning at 6 p.m., at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Yakima. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.


Robert A. McBride

Robert Allan McBride, 72, of Ellensburg died Tuesday at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. Mr. McBride was born in Everett, Wash.

Service information will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Steward and Williams Tribute Center in Ellensburg.


Marvin L. Orstad

Marvin Lee Orstad, 66, of Moxee died Tuesday at his sister's home. Mr. Orstad was born in Park River, N.D. He worked as a fabricator.

Survivors include a son, Justin Orstad of Bothell, Wash.; a brother, Dennis Orstad of Mount Vernon, Wash.; and two sisters, Shirley Payne of Moxee and Marilyn Zachersien of Seattle.

No local services are planned. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home.


Anthony A. Sinner

Anthony "Tony" Alan Sinner, 45, of Bonney Lake, Wash., died June 26. Mr. Sinner was born in Sunnyside and was educated in Granger. He worked for Summit Windows in Renton, Wash., for more than 20 years.

Survivors include a son, A.J. Sinner of Sunnyside; a daughter, Kylee Sinner of Sunnyside; his father, Dan Sinner of Granger; four brothers, Bryan Sinner, Matt Sinner, Jason Lindsey and Ron Lindsey; and two sisters, Vicki Couch and Michelle Foster.

At his request, there will be no formal funeral. Arrangements are by Smith Funeral Home of Sunnyside.


Jack L. Tuttle

Jack LeRoy Tuttle, 83, of Grandview died Wednesday. Mr. Tuttle was born in Grandview and served in the Marines. He owned and operated Tuttle Trucking for 24 years.

Survivors include his wife, Frieda Tuttle of Grandview; and six siblings, Delbert Tuttle of Concrete, Wash., Wesley Tuttle and Dorothy Ackzinger, both of Yakima, Barbara Hiber of Olympia, Shirley Bahr of Seattle and Lyle Tuttle of Spokane.

Viewing will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside. A military graveside service will be at
10:30 a.m. Monday in the Willamette National Cemetery, Happy Valley, Ore.


Sheryl R. Huntley

Sheryl R. Huntley, 40, of Thompson Falls, Mont., died Wednesday from a gunshot wound while she was traveling on Interstate 82 outside of Selah.

Survivors include her companion, Stephen Harwood of Thompson Falls; two sons, Joe Huntley and Jake Huntley of Thompson Falls; her companion's two children, Sierra Harwood and Alex Harwood, both of Thompson Falls; a sister, Cindy Moore of Union Gap; and her mother, Pam Stark of Yakima.

A memorial service will be at 12:30 p.m. today at Keith and Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel in Yakima. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home of Yakima.
