YAKIMA - Ronald J. Rosenkranz died June 21, 2009 of a sudden illness at Yakima Memorial Hospital. Ron was born and raised in Yakima and for the last 20 years has worked at the Yakima Greenway as its Maintenance Supervisor. Ron was preceded in death by his dad, Jim Rosenkranz. He is survived by his mother, Doris Rosenkranz of Yakima; his sister, Lou Ann Rosenkranz of Edmonds; and his sister, Lynn Rosenkranz of Issaquah, WA.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 29 at 1 p.m. at Sarg Hubbard Park at the Yakima Greenway. Memorials may be made to the Yakima Greenway Foundation, 111 S. 18th St., Yakima, WA 98901-2149, (509) 453-8280.
The family wishes to express its extreme gratitude to the Intensive Care Team at Yakima Memorial Hospital and to the DaVita Dialysis staff; and to the Yakima Greenway staff for their love and support.
