Born Jan. 5, 1966 to Larry and Augustine Howard at Toppenish, WA. Passed on June 26, 2009 at Yakima Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Forrest completed welding vocational training at Albuquerque, NM. He enjoyed traveling, making friends throughout his lifes journey. Forrest had a great passion for the mountains and was a seasonal worker in the timber business. He had a great sense of humor and shared his love through laughter.

Forrest is survived by his Ithla - Mother Augustine P. Howard, siblings Lyle (Lisa) Howard, Faye Tina (J.B.) Howard and Odena Howard. Koomsh joins his dad, Larry and brother, Guy Howard in Heaven.

Dressing services were at Toppenish Creek Long House, White Swan, WA June 26, 2009 in the morning. Overnight services with burial at sunrise June 27, 2009 at White Swan Methodist Cemetery.
