Noelle Poe wipes cheese sauce and butter off the hand of her 2-year-old son Isaiah after he stuck it in the pot of macaroni and cheese she was preparing for supper on Feb. 10, 2010. Her daughter Mia, 4, also sits on the kitchen counter.
