More information could made avaible on this matter by starting a testing program in the troubled areas. water samples testing, drilling of small diameter monitoring wells to track contaiments and determine sources and take the next course of action. Targeting deeper water zones in the drilling process and manditory quailty testing. These problems can be reversed it will take time, money, and cooperation from everyone.
