The airport really missed the boat when it let Pasco get the Delta franchise way back in the late 70's. With that foot in the door, Pasco has been able to expand and keep a thriving airport, where our poor facility has had to deal with knee-jerk spurts of business and then no business. I don't know how any manager can accomplish what we need done, especially dealing with 2 separate entities of ownership.
